Pcb Printer

Voltera V-one
Chilab ITEM Laboratory, CL1000
The PCB printer allows to print directly circuit starting form Gerber file. The integrated software helps step-by-step the worker to fabricate the final geometry easily, both on bare substrate and on preprinted pattern, aligning them. The printer has also a heated deposition plate, for silver paste sintering and for solder paste sintering, that allows to mount components even after printing phase. There is also the possibility to couple a drill, to obtain vias on the board. An example of printer ability is reported into the picture.
Printer dimensions (L × W × H) 390mm × 257mm × 207mm -Weight 7kg - Printing area 128mm × 116mm- Max. heating temperature 240°C - Minimum trace width 0.2mm - Minimum pin-to-pin pitch 0.65mm - Resistivity 12mΩ/Sq a 70µm - Maximum substrate thickness 3mm - Maximum drilling speed 13000RPM - Power (at 12V) 25W - Bit maximum diameter 2mm - Bit maximum length 38.1mm
We firmly believe that one of the Group’s strengths lies in the transdisciplinary approach that stems from active collaboration between experts from different fields, crucial for achieving results in both research and technological transfer.
